Meet Marsha, our dedicated Chief Compliance Officer, who oversees our operations team and back-office services at Deerfield. With a focus on managing financial activities, information technology, human resources, compliance, and operational processes, Marsha ensures that our firm adheres to all legal and regulatory mandates, maintaining client trust and confidence.

Bringing over 40 years of experience in financial management, information technology, and operations, Marsha joined Deerfield in 2011 after serving as Controller and Director of Information Technology for two large privately held corporations in healthcare and commercial real estate construction and management.

A proud Hoosier, Marsha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University, where she also developed a lifelong passion for IU basketball. Marsha and her husband, Mike, call Westfield, IN home, where they enjoy the company of their four adult children and four grandchildren (soon to be five!), along with their two beloved dogs.

In their leisure time, Marsha and Mike love hosting gatherings for family and friends, including their annual wiffle ball tournament. As enthusiastic sports fans, they cheer on the Cubs, Packers, Colts, IU, and Wisconsin teams, even embracing some “friendly” rivalries. Their shared goal of visiting every NFL stadium allows them to combine their love for travel with supporting their favorite teams.

Outside of sports, Marsha enjoys reading, baking, restoring furniture, and taking leisurely walks along the Monon.
