Meet Shannon, a pivotal force within our Operations team at Deerfield. Her unwavering commitment helps propel Deerfield forward, ensuring our clients can seamlessly focus on life’s significant moments.

Shannon became a part of the Deerfield family in 2005, initially serving as a Client Service Associate for over a decade. Eventually, she embraced the responsibility of Office Manager, further contributing to the success of our operations.

An alumna of Indiana University, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Education, originally aspiring to teach and coach sports. As life unfolded, her passions evolved, leading her to Ball State University, where she attained an Associate of Arts degree.

With deep roots as a lifelong country girl, she finds joy in walking outside her back door to harvest fresh vegetables from the garden. She shares life’s adventures with her best friend and husband, Tim, in their Tipton, IN residence. They share a passion for spending precious moments with family, grandkids, and friends. They relish the freedom of exploring the open road on their Harley Davidson, as well as finding solace in camping and exploring the wilderness together.
